The best metaphor that I can say to teams that I'm coaching right now is think of AI as a fresh, young, seminary student intern. Someone who hasn't worked on your staff, maybe they just got there, they're new for the summer internship program or something like that. They're intelligent, but they're not fully trustworthy. And you're going to see a lot more tools and resources and workflows coming out that pastors, executive pastors are going to want to learn recently.
