How to Define an Extended Leadership Team

The first good way to define an extended leadership team is just to simply look at the intact teams that report up to the executive team. In a larger organization, it might be director level and above, vice president and above. The third way is what we've done more than any other is what we'd call a key influencer group. These would be not necessarily defined by their title or even defined by their reporting relationship.
