We never thought letters, and i never thought hat we were doing was in any way the beginning of anything as formal as a architecture practice. We would design something, go to wherever it was, build it. The projects were small and ar and kind of light sota, that was definitely part of it. And then we built these big steel sash windows, which are a kind of terrifying guillotines,. where we cast these 70 kilogram lead weights. That was when we started working with henry stringer, who became a kind of member of our kind of cool crew. Yer, after those windows, we a worked on projects like this. Auditorium made of straw
