NLP: A Study of Excellence
NLP is basically a study of excellence. It's broken down into specific scripts and techniques. I found that the main thing that really helped me was mindfulness and meditation. Now it's got very popular, you know, they're bringing it into schools. A lot of the prop trading firms are using NLP practitioners to help the traders.
