We saw this week the first biotech file for an IPO in two months can you tell us more about that and also let's touch on some of the offerings and data. I just share a reflection here I think there's a learning here right that when cases like this emerge those are responsible for communicating and creating the transparency should just take a more preemptive approach whether it's justified or not to flag these as inappropriate situations. Okay well let's come back to this discussion a little bit later I want to talk some more about the news of the week and then we're going to be talking about a few other stories that involve people too.
