What's Going to Be Important in Month Two?

Ukraine is acquiring a truly 21st century army even if one with a sort of strange and random collection of the cast offs and gifts from many other European and North American nations. While at the same time the Russians are increasingly beginning to field a late Soviet 20th century army because they're having to pull things out of stocks and such like. So sustainability of effort is going to be crucial. What else is well there's other forms of power as well as legal power the capacity to actually mobilize international law. It doesn't seem to apply so much in the middle of direct shooting wars but it matters more in the other kind of non-kinetic conflicts.
