The most surprising part for me as a security leader was trying to help the business truly understand the value of security embedded in our product sets. I think it surprised me how much effort, and as much as i to say that we were trying our best to be there, we weren't there yet. And then let's move over cloud definition of how we do it in the cloud, right? So one thing that i think some organizations struggle with technically is how do they validate their security controls in the cloud?
