What Is the Definition of Bronchitis?

The difficulty that I've been having with these hordes of children distinguishing between a pretty sick bronchiolitis kid and bacterial pneumonia, it seems like there's no sort of quick, easy, magic answer. Things like high fever, toxic appearance, lack of wheeze, I guess is one as well. The next question is to do with defining whatBronchiolitis is. And this actually you'd think that it would be pretty straightforward, but it's not. It's hard to be able to distinguish asthma from Bronchiolitis from pneumonia when we don't even know what the definition is.
