I'm not blaming a few elite for everything. These structural changes were ultimately ineluctible, particularly the D&S relaxation. We have the fastest productivity growth has consistently been in manufacturing. Everybody has already two car, one car, one washing machine, one rich refrigerator. Go on. All the big manufactured stuff we have, we're just in a replacement cycle.
