P-hacking is shopping around data sets and hypotheses in order to cookie-cutter a lower p-value rather than whatever the initial experiment was. The higher the p-value, the more likely it is that it's random chance; the lower the p- Value, the less likely it is it's Random Chance. P-hacking can be done by people who want to make their own conclusions about something they think should be obvious but aren't.
