Mackenzie: The biggest adjustment was that the second most important expense in merexpress was credit losses. "We didn't have any hierarchy. We just whoever head the smartest convent to make and had the best facts they they spoke," Mackenzie says of her early days at a big company. Lue, it was another lesson about being sensitive to the way employees look at your behavior as well as what you say and do.
