The people who play a very long game have to follow utterable values. They build a great company. Those are the ones who last.
People do business with people they trust and people do business with people they like and people do business with people who connect to them sincerely. [Enthusiasm is contagious!].
Sure you need to get your mission, values, culture, products, services, innovation and branding right. These are the price of entry.
But a company is just a stamp in a lawyer’s closet without the heart and soul that is its people.
