In Europe, it's essentially became the law in Europe that all the other automakers have the right to charge at Tesla superchargers. In the US, you can already today, you could have had for the last year. All you needed to do is to essentially download the Tesla app and create an account. And people were doing it, but most people weren't even aware of it.
