Mark Vernon and Rupert Shaldrake talk about the work of historian Tom Holland. He argues that atheistic secular humanism is a kind of Christian heresy. The values most closely associated with humanism today are through and through a Christian value, he says. And so when atheistic humanists write out the Christian elements in their inheritance they're like the heretics who are trying to destroy the place that they've actually come from.
