The Ethics of Generative AI
I think it's contingent upon the technologists who are actually using this to understand some of the ethical implications of what they're using. There's always a question, you know, is technology neutral? No, usually I would say it absolutely depends how you use it. It's tricky because there's ethics around the data that was used to train models and sort of the legality of the output. So we've seen with some image generators, for example, they will happily spit out images very much in the style of a specific artist. And the question is, is that ethically okay or not?
