Assume UTXO and Zero Sync
When you're running a UTXO node, you would not even have to download the UTXO set. Assume UTXO is another idea from James O'B and I know he's trying to push that forward as well. And this can be greatly combined with our proof as well because you can proof aUTXO set then give it to the Bitcoin core node via the Assumes UTXO option. It has to do the entire catch up to be certain at the end that it was actually correct.
