Was Cooking Always Your Passion?

I've always been interested in food and cooking, yes. It was not always my main interest. I get burned out in the sense that I'm working too much but I've actually been able to avoid getting burned out on thinking about food all the time. So when I say I do food and food adjacent things, that basically opens up almost everything. And so I've been going further and further afield and that's been keeping me interested for sure.
