Introduction
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky accuses Russia of planting mines at a hydroelectric dam near Hersong. Nothing has changed since I've been away, seemingly no pattern to this other than Russia is trying to terrorize the civilian population in the hope of breaking Ukraine's political will. They're now installing concrete shelters at bus stops so people can try to go about normal life with some degree of protection as should the air raid silence go off again.
