Toxic behavior is really about my attacking my own sense of self. The sustainability of work was another one, and all of them are important if you look at how they drive burnout symptoms. And also what we saw is that you can still have an inclusive experience yet also experienced toxic behavior. So these two are not always there, correlate, but they're not always the same thing.
