What Would You Do if You Discovered That Rio Tinto's Chief Executive Officer Was Manipulating the Results?
Tony Jones asked him what he would do in the event that Rio Tinto were manipulating results to make their department and organization look good. I remember thinking oh my god I've just been asked that question in front of 200 people two months into my job right because you're sitting up on the platform every single person staring at me. It was not the quality of my response but it was really interesting because I had to confront an ethical issue albeit a hypothetical issue. But ultimately it did come down to the very heart now as I mentioned in the WhatsApp chat I never saw that line at Rio Tinto never even came close to it.
