The coach explains why he likes the flexibility of soft ware. If you want a flat list, and that works for you, then that's just as fine. As a coach, i think i help people, particularly when i'm coaching people on omne. Sometimes i see a little over complicating it and try to really simplify it so that it's really a very flat list. They're focusing lists.
