How to Save Money for a Mortgage
You won a chunk of money and thought, I'm going to put it in an account. But the interest rate was literally at zero point one percent after COVID. So you have to fix your absolutely bottlenecked mortgage or don't have one. There's no choice anymore. You ended up fixing for two years in the hope that in two years they all have reduced a little bit. The estimation is down to like three or four percent but yeah, mad, mad time.
