How Did the Bank Let This Happen?

Eddie Smith received more than $305,000 in multiple checks from Elic Murdoch's Palmetto State Bank checking account. Anyone with just a touch of banking knowledge could see these numbers on Elic's account and know that something was up. The question is how many people knew and didn't stop it? Why is there no receivership in place for the bank or PMPED for that matter? There is so much unorthodox stuff happening here. why are they trusted to sort it out on their own without any oversight?
