strength training is ingrained in us to lift things and big things. You don't want a small hammeror you want a big one. And like the whole i don't think that's going to go away for a long, long time. How many people would give up weight lifting completely? I could hear one particular set of weights we have out here, and it's like music. The young guys i teaching, they can't wait to hear that sound. TheyDon't want rubber plates at my house, but it's like, i need to get metal plates. It's so much cooler because it's just different.
