I think you've assembled a really impressive leadership team. Some one compared it to like, team of rivals,. Like lincoln in his e, you kno, in the way he assembled his cabinet. How do you think about recruiting that group together and then making them all work to the optimal decision? I look for that when i bring in leaders. It's harder to get people that are different from each other to kind of coalesce as a group than if you have a bunch of peopleth more homogeneous in various ways.
