When we're saying ischemic ATM, we're thinking damage to the kidney itself from hypotension in the OR or any source of ischemia to the kidney. And it can be like- With the GM, that's glomerular nephritis? Glomerular nehanthritis. Yes. Okay. So prerenal is a decrease in perfusion to the kidney and initially, that is not causing damage to the kidneys.
