Sexual Violence in South Sudan

When a woman has suffered sexual violence in south sudan, who can she go to for help? Is there access to health services? Safe houses? What facilities are available in sousedan? Currently we have a safe house, one in a turret. But basically, they are best in the towns. Most of these violations happen in the rural communities where even these women don't have access to these services.
