I have been using this model. And again, I mentioned David Elliott and working with him and I've been using it with my patients. We got a we did a pilot study for our book and we got a treatment of exercise of 6.2 that's off the charts. Most good treatments treatment of exercise that's for an effective treatment is in the point eight range. So what we found is that all the subjects in this study got better. They no longer had insecure attachment. They met the criterion for earned secure attachment. That is incredible. Now we've tripled our sample size and we have a control group and we're trying to finish up a major outcome study to validate this treatment.
