The Importance of Training in the Coke Ovens

I went through my training in the coke ovens and out of a hundred guys there was six of us who left at the end of the three months. They hired new people basically to fill in for folks when they took that vacations. And so I bounced from jobs and unemployment during that four years. There was another coke company there Donner Hana and there was a foundry Pratt Lutgworth we made tanks tank axles.
