How Do You Explain Individual Differences in Human Behavior From an Evolutionary Perspective?

Not all individual differences in psychological functioning or in human behavior, can or should be explained from an evolutionary perspective. Some are the result of a selection having acted in the past that represent different ways of being adapted to the environment. Others are simply the product of e the environment in which we live and many novel aspects of this environment have only recently been exposed to. The tool that we use to analyze these phenotypes - how we make decisions in different situations - is game theory.
