Serve Conversations Can Be Really Complex

The big lessons we've learned is serve conversations can be really complex so to start with I recruited trying to copy what rep was doing three or four people to have a serve team. We were trying to get 250 people all into teams at once and but you start by saying how's church going, whoa it just opens up this can of worms...you find out all these issues that were unaddressed. It became very significant pastoral conversations oh and this person is not ready to serve it to join a team yet. So we abolished the serve team from recruiting and we just got the three of us pastors to do the recruiting  and then re-recruited new people in that time
