The Calm Company Fund is closing its fourth fund. One of the interesting lessons learned from that has been the real value in following up with investors. There isn't as far as I know, or last time we really surveyed it, a really good tool for creating those uptime tests to see if your SaaS app is running properly. And one of the things we found is the value of just sort of polite, automated follow-ups that don't really escalate when there's a deadline.
