Can I Rehydrate the Files in Archive?

It appears that there's just like two or three files at the root of the container that need to remain in cool or hot. And then outside of that, everything else is in folders. Those could safely be pushed down to archive based on some life cycle management policy. I just need to go and verify that. It didn't appear to pull stuff out of archive and rehydrate it into cool o. Yes. So lycycal management doesn't work, doesn't quite work that way.
