Two years ago, virginia became the eighth and final state needed to ratify the equal rights amendment a. The arcevist of the united states is tasked with certifying and publishing amendments. And so we, along with two other states that recently ratified, sued to vindicate our ratifications. It's similar in some very broad ways to what's happening with the s b ght litigation down in texas.
