Is There a Market for Children?
In a true libertarian society, this would largely be less of an issue, because there would be a free market for children. The government enforces a maximum price control of zero and restricts the market to a few privileged and therefore monopolistic agencies. So we have a market for children already. It's just very unfree. It's not nowhere near fre you can't actually sell it for a price.
