Introduction
Virtual world building has since evolved from SimCity to Second Life to Minecraft. All under the auspices of what we now call the Metaverse. Shopping in the Metaverse for digital clothing or housing for your avatar can all seem pretty wacky. But make no mistake, the Metaverse's are functional. There are even communities emerging sped up by the COVID-19 pandemic.
