How to Get an Update on an Installation
There is no available outside technician. After the inside technician, it's not yet dispatched. We need two technicians to be dispatched out there because the premise technician alone. This has already happened twice before. Would someone tell me they'd update me? I haven't received a single incoming call to update me. If you still would like to do the installation, since you're not getting a feedback from the dispatch team, if you want, I'll be the one to keep you updated from time to time.
