If black americans had a pro education culture, then the whole nature of the back black community to day in America would be completely different. Just like jews who came om om from horific backgrounds idi work harder, just like caribbeian blacks coming from the caribbean,. You don't work hardand raise themselves up on nigerians or the most educated a nationality in the united states. This is not racism. This is about culture.
