How to Sit With Your Feelings
D school is a place where feelings are acknowledged and treated like this is part of the work, not an unwelcome intruder. One way that we do that is literally by giving people a greater familiarity with all the different names of feelings. In uncertainty, basically everything but gladness is there. And actually really being able to appreciate the difference between mad and frustrated or frustrated and disappointed is really helpful.
