How Much of This Was Planned?

When you started your little cafe, did you think you would become a retail brand? Was that part of the plan? Well, yes and no. But it just, you know, kept growing. We started to say with a seven and a half kilo roaster in the cafe on Salt Spring. And then it was a, I don't know, less than a year. So we actually had to move it out because it was too busy,. You know, too popular and too much challenge to actually roast in the cafe. The overall plan at the beginning was to have a 25,000 square foot facility.
