Coaching gorge is relatively straightforward. Western states and UTMB, we even see that as the race gets longer, the numbers of variables that start to correlate with performance start to drop out over time. Whereas in these shorter distances, it's much easier to predict. But what's great about Gorge is you're essentially getting rewarded for the amount of training you put in.
