Is There a Shortage of These High Quality Masks?

There were reports from early in this pandemic. I recall nurses and health care workers in some hospitals being told not to wear masksat would freak people out. And we just saw it the national so while some countries have promoted these higher quality masks, like n 95 for the general population. We just hadcd so decline, after considering it, to even promote, in its non binding guide lines, higher quality mask. Their guide lines have been to wear two fabric masks.
