The Second Order Impacts of a 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage

Most other countries. You don't get these crazy prices that we get. What do you think would happen if you got rid of the 30 year fixed rate mortgage in the US and went to like seven year floating? We then can't invest in like our does it how does that impact? Yeah, I'm like so if all of a sudden I have to put way more cash down on my home, either the housing prices have to come down or if they don't come down sufficiently, I can't put as much money into the equity markets. Do you think? In other words, our economy benefit from the fact that we allow ourselves to have these crazy 30 year fixed mortgages.
