In Seattle we're primarily multifamily rental but the thing we like about Seattle is it's close to Vancouver. While it doesn't have the same limitation on land mass that Vancouver does it has limitations in two directions one is like us it has an ocean and secondthing is it has mountains to the east you can move north and south but there's can be some border yeah Canadian border so there are restrictions as opposed to if we live then I don't know let's say Saskatoon where it's prairie and you can expand as far as you want in any direction.
