How to Test Cryptocurrencies
Ethan Zuckerman: All writers are equal in the Unhedge universe, even if some of us are slightly more equal than others. We have taken different sides like I referred to in the newsletter on this issue. My side is that cryptocurrencies are plausibly securities and they would slot into the SEC's broader securities regulation framework. The how we test was based on this loss of over a Florida land deal and orange grows are our oranges securities -- not cryptocurrencies, but citrus.
