Is Brexit a Good Idea?

I'm delighted because I wrote a piece for the Guardian saying, well, no, you make your decisions up on lots of reasons, but this is not a good one. In terms of negotiations, I would say that we had a fantastic ringside seat in Paris and we influenced the largest block. From an environmental, from an energy point of view in the environment, we've lost that. However, on the plus side, we're hosting this thing and Boris can see the great opportunity to define global Britain starts with hosting the G7 and hosting COP26. So I hope it won't slow it down. It just slipped out somehow. We were never going to be able to avoid it
