The Chances of an Indictment Arising Out of Mar-a-Lago

I definitely think that the chances of an indictment arising out of Mar-a-Lago are higher and very high, actually. I go back and forth frankly on January 6th. On one hand, there's no doubt in my mind of a moral obligation here,. The demands of the law and cases involving seditious conspiracy to commit fraud is very exacting. To indict him and not have a conviction would be a terrible, terrible precedent.
