i was there when garagda fell, and the people in garagda were massacred. And my organization collected soap and tooth paste and gave it to their widows. But i believe it was the dutch u n peace keepers that just roll over and let this massacre happen. It is an attack on unmeaning. It really is a horrible wounding of soul. So taking just a pivot back to what do we do in the midst of this? One technique is to imagine the individuals whom we have harmed. Fritz perls called this the empty chair work.
