When we focus on what we see and all the other stuff we tend to ignore, it's not that these people aren't getting results or there's progress. It's that they're ignoring it and they're focusing so heavily on something like the scale. When I first became a trainer, I'm sure you guys did the same thing. I also would hyper focus on the goal. Oh, you want to lose 30 pounds? That's all we're going to focus on. And I'm not going to even pay attention to this stuff because I'm going to get you the goal that you paid me $1,000 higher.
