Degrees of Freedom Are Number of Constraints, Right?
In structural equation models, degrees of freedom are literally the number of constraints that you've imposed on your model. If you have a model with two degrees of freedom, you are a coward because you're only imposing two restrictions on your parameter space. So life itself is a tennis game. I am queuing up the clock.
